Frequently Asked Questions
What times are you open?
Normal opening hours are from 10:00am – 5:00pm on Monday to Friday and from 10:00am – 4:00pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

What is your telephone number?
It is 01761 402484 during opening hours. You can leave us a message if we are closed or unable to answer for any other reason.

Can I pay by card?
Yes, Signals uses Paypal's secure severs for this.  Please click on the Paypal button and then 'checkout as guest'.  This will bring up a form for you to enter your card details and make payment.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, absolutely.  Please have card details to hand when you call.

Can I order by post?
Yes.  Please enclose a cheque or Postal Order for the full amount of the order including postage.  Cheques will be cleared, which usually takes five working days before the items will be posted.

How quickly do you ship items?
We usually send things on the same day if purchased before 3:00pm and on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and Christmas Eve) if bought after that.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes, we can wrap any item and add a personal message.  There is a £5 charge for this service

Do you buy second hand items?
Yes, you can either bring them in to the shop or we can arrange to visit you in your home if that is not possible. 

Do you do repairs?
Yes. We offer a drop off and collect agreement with Train Toad Repairs – 01761 434246

Can I order items from your suppliers that are not currently in stock?
Yes. Delivery is dependent on the supplier and we cannot make any guarantees regarding this although we will do our best to get things as quickly as possible. A deposit may be payable at the time of ordering.
